Clarity. Governance. Execution.

I’m Phil Myint — an enterprise and solution architect with more than three decades turning complex cloud, security and transformation programmes into governed, executable outcomes. I don’t deliver presentations. I deliver architecture that teams can actually build.

The problem I solve
Cloud, AI and transformation programmes rarely fail because of the technology. They fail because the architecture cannot support the decisions being made — ownership fragments, governance lives in documents instead of operating practice, and delivery teams inherit a target no one can actually build. I fix that: decision rights defined, governance that operates in practice, business and technology strategy aligned, and an executable target architecture delivery teams can implement.
I don’t produce architectural presentations. I build architecture that enables execution.
Delivery track record
A sample of engagements where architecture had to survive contact with production — regulated environments, national scale, live cutovers.
Enterprise architecture governance across major infrastructure and digital transformation programmes. Defined target-state architectures, technology roadmaps and solution standards, acting as Design Authority so investment aligned with enterprise, security and operational requirements.
Design Authority · target-state architecture · roadmapsLed the architecture for a statewide cybersecurity uplift and SD-WAN transformation. Aligned enterprise security to ISO 27001, Essential Eight and SABSA while governing the rollout of security platforms across hundreds of education sites.
ISO 27001 · Essential Eight · SABSA · hundreds of sitesLed the migration of more than 1,300 users to Microsoft Teams Voice with zero service disruption. Applied FinOps practice and Azure Monitor optimisation to reduce operational monitoring costs by more than 25%.
1,300+ users · zero disruption · 25%+ cost cutProvided architectural leadership across 50+ sites and 14 data centres. Standardised enterprise architecture and deployment patterns that enabled a global web security platform to scale from 4 million to 25 million protected users.

/01
Who owns which decision, on what evidence, with what trade-offs — so ownership stops fragmenting.
/02
Governance as working practice, not documentation — run through the forums where decisions actually happen.
/03
A target architecture delivery teams can build against, with the sequencing and standards to get there.
/04
Vendor-neutral architectural leadership that optimises for the enterprise’s outcome, not a supplier’s.
Experience
Delivered across government, financial services, mining & energy, education, enterprise software and global technology organisations.
